KimiTalk is an off-the-shelf macOS software product for local dictation. The app transcribes speech on the Mac and can insert the resulting text into the active app. KimiTalk is supplied as digital software, not on a physical medium.
KimiTalk may be offered as a Basic Lifetime license, Pro subscription, or Pro Lifetime license. The prices, billing periods, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout apply.
All variants are premade digital software products. KIMIKON e.U. does not sell consulting, custom development, bespoke services, physical goods, or marketplace services through this product.
Payments, tax calculation, invoices, and license delivery may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or a comparable checkout provider. After successful payment, you receive the license or access described at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your license data confidential and must not share it without permission.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally remains available until the end of the already paid period unless the checkout states otherwise.
KimiTalk requires a compatible Mac and supported macOS version. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, or feature changes. You are entitled to specific future features only if they are expressly promised in the relevant offer.
You may use KimiTalk only lawfully. You must not bypass license checks, resell or publicly share license keys, reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law permits it, or use the app in a way that infringes third-party rights.
Information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy. KimiTalk generally processes dictation locally on your Mac.
Consumers have the statutory withdrawal rights that apply to them. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost under applicable law if you expressly consent to immediate supply, acknowledge that you thereby lose your withdrawal right, and we begin supplying the digital content.

Consumers retain their statutory warranty rights. For business customers, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability. KimiTalk is supplied as standard software; we do not guarantee that it is suitable for every individual purpose or system configuration.
We may change these terms where objectively necessary, for example because of product changes, legal requirements, or technical adjustments. For purchases already completed, changes apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law or accepted by you.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. KIMIKON e.U. is neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
